Customer Care Associate

This role serves as a primary point of contact for group clients, ensuring accurate information, effective problem resolution, and a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities Manage and resolve inquiries from employer groups, plan administrators, and brokers with professionalism and accuracy Serve as the first point of contact for customer concerns, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues Escalate and coordinate issue resolution with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support customer satisfaction and retention Apply in-depth product knowledge to accurately address questions and policy-related requests Stay current on product updates, processes, and regulatory standards Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and improve service processes Document and manage customer interactions using CRM or customer service platforms Communicate customer feedback and insights to internal teams to support continuous improvement Ensure all interactions align with organizational service standards and performance goals Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; related college coursework preferred Minimum 3 years of office experience, including at least 3 years in a customer service role Insurance industry experience preferred Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
