The primary responsibility of this role is to provide high-quality physical therapy care to patients with a variety of diagnoses.
Key Responsibilities - Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver appropriate physical therapy interventions
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Maintain expected productivity standards, including participation in special assignments as needed
- May be required to rotate across different clinical areas
- Participation in holiday coverage is required

California Physical Therapist License
BLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
Acute care experience preferred
More than 2 years of licensed PT experience qualifies for PT 2 title As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts an offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of substantiated misconduct with a previous employer. Current/former UC employees are subject to a personnel file review.
