- ACLS Certification from AHA or ARC-required
- CA RN and CA NP License-required
- National Certification in NP Specialty (AGACNP, Acute Care NP)- required
- MSN or DNP-required
- Prior Ophthalmology experience (2 years)- preferred
- 1-2 years experience as NP- preferred
