Join our family-owned fine jewelry store as an Assistant Manager. For 78 years, we’ve built a reputation as the go-to destination for high-end fine jewelry, designer collections, and luxury watches, and we’re seeking someone to help us continue this tradition of excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Sales Leadership: Drive sales by leading from the front, inspiring your team to meet and exceed goals.
Coaching and Development: Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service to our clientele, creating memorable experiences that uphold our reputation for luxury and quality.
Operational Support: Assist in managing daytoday store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory oversight, and visual merchandising.
Ownership Mindset: Treat the store as your own, taking initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and driving results.
Emotional Intelligence: Navigate challenges with empathy, maintaining positive relationships with customers and team members.

Proven experience in retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
