Laguna Development Corporation is seeking a Database Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative direct marketing strategies that drive revenue, increase player engagement, and maximize profitability across our gaming properties. In this highly visible leadership role, you will leverage customer data, analytics, segmentation, and business intelligence to create targeted marketing campaigns, evaluate promotional performance, and identify new opportunities for customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation. As the Database Marketing Manager, you will oversee direct marketing initiatives from concept through execution, manage departmental budgets, analyze campaign performance, and ensure the integrity and effectiveness of our customer database systems. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, experience with database querying and reporting tools, and a passion for uncovering trends that drive business decisions. A Bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant experience are required, while casino marketing, SQL, data analytics, and player tracking system experience are highly preferred.
