About the Role
The Company is seeking two new Board Directors to join its team. The successful candidates will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic guidance and ensure the organization's long-term sustainability. This role is pivotal in upholding the company's purpose, reputation, and resources, and the ideal candidates will have a background in governance, with a preference for those holding a GAICD qualification. Experience in health, aged care, disability, community services, or the not-for-profit sector is essential, and expertise in clinical governance, human resources, or government relations is highly valued. The Board Directors will be part of a collaborative and committed team that values integrity, respect, curiosity, and collective stewardship. Responsibilities include contributing to the strategic direction of the organization, overseeing financial and operational performance, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role is part-time and remote, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of those the organization serves.
