0–2 years of customer service experience; investment product exposure preferred. Understanding of investment and financial planning fundamentals preferred. Knowledge of multiple banking and investment products with strong relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication with professional presentation. Ability to work independently within set procedures and make informed decisions. High accuracy while handling multiple tasks and supporting a broad product set. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word preferred. SIE, active Series 7, and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) required.
