PRN Home Care Nurse RN or LPN Licensed in Georgia

LPN or RN – In-Home Assessment Nurse (PRN/1099) – Metro Atlanta Gaddiel Home Care Services Inc. is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team as in-home assessment specialists. As a 1099 contractor, your primary responsibility will be conducting 60–90 day client assessments in the comfort of their homes throughout the Metro Atlanta area. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive 60–90 day in-home client assessments Evaluate patient health status, needs, and care plans Communicate assessment findings to the care team Provide skilled nursing care as needed, including: Medication management Wound care Catheter and tube feeding care Diabetes management/insulin administration Colostomy, ileostomy, and urostomy care IV therapy and other skilled nursing duties Qualifications Current and valid LPN or RN license in the state of Georgia Minimum 1 year nursing experience; home care experience preferred Strong assessment and clinical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently with clients in their homes Reliable transportation for travel throughout Metro Atlanta Benefits Competitive pay and flexible scheduling Supportive, professional team environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients’ lives To Apply Submit your resume, cover letter, and relevant certifications to View email address on click.appcast.io.
