Schedule Night shift: 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Job Description We are seeking an experienced ECMO Specialist RN to provide high-quality care to patients requiring ECMO therapy. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of circuit management and work collaboratively within the CVICU/ICU environment. This position will require floating to the CICU/CVICU as needed. Responsibilities Manage care for patients on ECMO. Perform circuit management and ensure optimal patient outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care. Monitor and titrate medications as per ECMO protocols. Administer blood products and manage ventilated patients. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years ECMO Specialist experience (circuit management). Preferred 3 or more years of CVICU/ICU experience. Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required. Preferred certifications: CES-A or E-AEC and LVAD. Active RN license required. Why ARMStaffing?
