As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care by:

• Providing direct nursing care according to individualized resident care plans

• Administering medications, treatments, and physician orders

• Performing resident assessments, wound care, and accurate clinical documentation

• Monitoring changes in resident condition and communicating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team

• Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) during daily clinical operations

• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of resident care

• Delivering compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes dignity, comfort, and quality of life

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program

• Active, unrestricted North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) License

• Current CPR Certification

• Minimum of one year of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred

• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
