Follows and enforces Kids’ Club activities, policies, and enrollment procedures. Confers with parents regarding Kids’ Club activities, policies, and enrollment procedures. Maintains a high level of trust with parents and children through open communication. Assures a clean and safe environment for all children visiting the Kids’ Club. Confers with co-workers regarding child’s behavioral problems and reports inappropriate incidents to the Member Services Coordinator and Member Services and Business Manager. Represents the Health & Wellness Center in a professional, courteous, and enthusiastic manner, with a commitment to excellent customer service at all times. Adheres to all Health & Wellness Center standards, policies, and procedures. Demonstrates values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence. Works variable shifts, including rotating days, nights, and weekends. May be cross-trained to work in the Kids Club or at the Front Desk periodically, as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: The ability to ensure a positive member/patient experience. [Required] The interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact with customers, team members, and the public. [Required] A commitment to provide World Class customer service and work collaboratively on a World Class team. [Required] The communication skills and language skills necessary to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations. [Required] The organizational skills necessary to simultaneously supervise children of various ages, abilities, and interest levels. [Required] Displays maturity and sound judgment. [Required] Education: High School Grad or Equiv [Required] Work Experience: Experience in structured child-care setting [Preferred] Licenses and Certifications: Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] First Aid CPR AED (CPR AED) [Required] Physical Requirements: Physical Requirements - Pay Range: $15.87 - $25.38 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law) Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening , including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
