Key Responsibilities: Support and execute promotional activities to drive sales performance. Develop and maintain positive customer relationships through engaging, service-focused interactions. Conduct in-person customer engagement to support product sales and brand awareness. Gain strong product knowledge and communicate features and benefits clearly and effectively. Identify sales opportunities and contribute to achieving and exceeding performance targets. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively. Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
