Job Details Job Location: Evansville, IN 47715 Job Category: Sales Job Title: Delivery Specialist Department: Sales Reports To: General Sales Manager JOB PROFILE This position ensures that every owner receives a proper delivery of the vehicle features and controls, with special emphasis on properly educating the customer about the technology in the vehicle. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Present new and used CPOs in an effective manner that ensures customer understanding. Maintain a high degree of product and technical knowledge. Conduct continuous research and maintain a collection of product and technical information. Resolve customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues. Master product knowledge on all vehicles. Develop and practice presentations for all vehicles and their features. Maintain and utilize a collection of technological information and resources to assist in explanations. Assist customers in the delivery of their vehicles and personalize those deliveries to their needs. Demonstrate vehicles features, technical and dynamic systems, and controls. Introduce and explain quick guides and online resources for more in-depth information. Maintain a log of all customer deliveries. May require travel up to 200 miles a day or overnight if needed. Get along with others. Requires being at work on time and having satisfactory attendance. Any other duties assigned by management. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Individual must be a self-starter, a self-motivator, and be able to work evenings. Must have knowledge of GPS apps such as Google maps, Apple maps, Waze, etc. Individual should be honest, ethical, dependable and a team player. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and two years of customer service experience. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Valid Driver’s License and good driving record. PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
