This is more than just updating timelines—you’ll be a key partner to project leadership and field teams , helping plan, analyze, and optimize project execution from preconstruction through close-out. If you enjoy solving complex problems, influencing project outcomes, and working on impactful infrastructure, this role offers both challenge and visibility . What You’ll Do Develop and manage integrated project schedules across all phases—from preconstruction to final turnover Track progress, identify risks, and proactively address delays and schedule impacts Partner with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure accurate and realistic schedules Perform time impact analyses and build schedule fragments for scenario planning Lead and facilitate pull-planning sessions with field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders Drive schedule review meetings and communicate key updates to project leadership Integrate data from project activities (change orders, RFIs, procurement, submittals, etc.) into the schedule Prepare and deliver clear, actionable schedule reports Support earned value analysis (EVM), cost/resource loading, and claims analysis Why This Role Stands Out High-Impact Work: Support major infrastructure projects that shape communities Collaborative Environment: Work closely with both field and project leadership Strategic Influence: Go beyond scheduling—help drive decisions and project outcomes Variety & Complexity: Engage with diverse projects across multiple sectors ✅ What You Bring 5+ years of scheduling experience on heavy civil or infrastructure projects Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 and Excel Experience supporting projects such as: Roads, bridges, tunnels Rail and transit Water/wastewater or utilities Solid understanding of construction workflows, sequencing, and project controls Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Key Traits for Success Strong communication and collaboration skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to influence teams and drive alignment Proactive problem solver who anticipates risks Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (preferred) Why This Opportunity?
