-Pay Range : $55/hr - $62/hr
-Guaranteed hours-40 hrs
-Contract Duration- 13 Weeks ( possiblity of extension)

-Note- Local and Travel both are accepted .

-2 years of acute medical Care Manager Experience performing Care Coordination
-Active California state License .
-Active BLS .
- Epic is Required
(50 miles radius rule for Local )
