Prepare the operating room, maintain sterile technique, and ensure proper instrument and equipment readiness. Assist surgeons and anesthesia team; monitor patient status intraoperatively and respond to changes as needed. Position patients safely, manage specimen handling, counts, and documentation of intraoperative care. Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to support efficient case turnover. Participate in on‑call coverage as assigned and adhere to unit policies and timekeeping requirements. Requirements Current, active Registered Nurse license. Mandatory active BLS and ACLS certifications. Minimum 5 years of OR experience with circulating and scrub roles; strong orthopedic OR experience required. Ability to work in the OR environment with meticulous attention to sterile technique and patient safety. Willingness to travel for a 13‑week assignment and to meet on‑call requirements.
