Role Overview We are seeking a versatile Digital/Print Designer to lead the visual execution of high-performing marketing assets across digital platforms and traditional print media. In this role, you will take ownership of the design lifecycle—translating strategic concepts and brand guidelines into visually compelling paid ads, landing page graphics, marketing collaterals, print assets, and campaign deliverables. You will leverage modern AI-assisted visual and layout tools alongside standard design software to streamline creative production, while maintaining high aesthetic and conversion-oriented design standards. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a background in both direct-response digital graphics and print production, proficient in collaborative project management environments and marketing platforms. Key Responsibilities Design conversion-focused visual assets for paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, Display), sales funnels, email templates, and landing pages. Create print-ready assets including promotional materials, collateral, brochures, signage, and direct mail assets adhering to strict pre-press specifications. Transform raw messaging and wireframes into polished, high-engaging visual layouts aligned with client brand identity. Maintain visual consistency, hierarchy, typography, and brand standards across all online and offline deliverables. Perform image retouching, color correction, resizing, and asset formatting for multi-channel campaign rollouts. AI-Enhanced Design & Creative Iteration Utilize AI-driven design tools (such as visual AI generators) for concept generation, layout brainstorming, asset variation, and design ideation. Refine and elevate AI-assisted design drafts to ensure output meets professional standards and exact client branding. Build rapid creative iterations and variations of top-performing ad designs for ongoing campaign testing. Stay updated on emerging AI visual design tools and techniques to maximize production speed and visual quality. Funnel & Marketing Platform Asset Support Upload, configure, and align visual elements directly within marketing workflows and landing pages in Go High Level. Ensure all digital graphics are optimized for web performance, speed, and cross-device responsiveness. Collaborate with content developers and media buyers to ensure visual creative aligns with direct-response messaging and offer structure. Workflow & Project Management Track, organize, and manage design task pipelines and project deliverables inside ClickUp. Organize and maintain a clean digital asset management system for graphics, templates, and client design files. Prioritize design deliverables to meet strict campaign timelines and client launch schedules. Receive creative feedback constructively and execute revisions efficiently. Required Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, Digital/Print Designer, or similar agency role. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both direct-response digital asset design (ads, landing page graphics) and print design (pre-press, marketing collateral). Practical experience utilizing AI tools (such as visual AI generators) to accelerate creative workflows. Hands-on experience using ClickUp for project tracking, task organization, and deadline management. Experience integrating design assets within Go High Level (CRM) or similar landing page/marketing platforms. Advanced visual composition, typography, color theory, and layout skills. Thorough understanding of print production processes, print preparation, CMYK color profiles, and file specifications. Strong written and verbal English communication skills for team collaboration and creative alignment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace equipped with professional design software. Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a direct-response or performance marketing agency environment. Knowledge of basic UI/UX principles for web and mobile landing pages. Experience creating quick motion graphics or short video assets for social media ads. Track record of designing visual assets specifically engineered for high ad conversion rate performance.
