Mitigation Technician / Demolition & Restoration Specialist

Pay: 

19-22/hr 

Description:

Our client is looking for an interior mitigation tech who is experienced in commercial restoration and construction. They specialize in restoring commercial properties damaged by fire, water, or other natural causes.

•Demo flooring, drywall, various interior surfaces (damaged by water, fire, trees fell on a building etc.)

•Set up equipment on the job site

•Monitor jobs in the area to ensure quality standards are met

•Property board-ups (cover a window or door with wooden boards)

Schedule:

•7 AM start time; mandatory OT 45-55 hours per week

•Meet at the shop in Plymouth in the morning, get in a company vehicle (won't be driving), then disperse to the job site accordingly.

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
