Broadlands Complete Dental Is Hiring a Full?Time Dental Hygienist!

As a clinical provider and patient advocate, you'll be given all the resources you need to provide exceptional care, while expanding your clinical skillset. You'll work in an environment that encourages full clinical autonomy, backed by the ability to tap into a hygiene mentor program.

Schedule

• Monday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM 3:00 PM (Full?time role)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high?quality preventive and periodontal dental hygiene care, including routine cleanings, perio maintenance, and SRPs as needed
• Perform thorough periodontal assessments, charting, and patient screenings
• Educate patients on oral health, home care techniques, and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes and documentation
• Work collaboratively with the doctor, assistants, and front office to ensure excellent patient flow and care
• Participate in an assisted hygiene model and work comfortably with clinical support
• Follow all infection control, safety, and compliance standards
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team?focused environment

Qualifications

• Active Virginia dental hygiene license (or in process for new graduates)
• Open to new graduates and experienced hygienists
• Dentrix experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to work in an assisted hygiene setting
• Strong communication skills and a patient?focused mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast?paced, goal?oriented practice
• Team?oriented, reliable, and adaptable with a positive attitude
