Senior Application Analyst

Abbott seeks a Senior Application Analyst to lead business systems design, configuration, and support for cancer diagnostics technology platforms. The role involves mentoring junior analysts, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve workflows and application performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimation of enhancement and support requests; guide workflow design, configuration, and system testing
• Serve as primary support contact for end-users; identify and resolve application issues affecting multiple teams
• Liaison between business stakeholders and software vendors to align needs with system changes
• Mentor junior analysts and delegate configuration activities; act as delegate for incident resolution
• Participate in end-user training, troubleshooting, and process documentation for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field; or high school diploma with 4+ years relevant experience
• 5+ years experience developing or configuring technology solutions in analyst or project delivery roles
• Subject matter expertise in patient identification, revenue cycle, CRM, patient registration, or lab order entry
• Ability to obtain Epic software certification within 8 weeks of hire
• Authorization to work in United States without sponsorship
• Epic Prelude, Epic Identity, or Epic Eligibility certification preferred
• Healthcare or biotechnology domain knowledge preferred
