This role involves working within a Sleep Disorders Center, focusing on preparing patients and equipment for sleep disorders testing and monitoring polysomnograms. The position requires expertise in sleep disorders and associated testing modalities.

Key Responsibilities of the Polysomnographic Tech

• Prepare adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients and equipment for sleep disorders testing
• Monitor the polysomnogram and document per policy

Requirements of the Polysomnographic Tech

• Minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialty
• Current American Heart Association's Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
• Current and unrestricted certification or registration in BRPT or RPSGT
• One year experience in sleep study activity
• Good written and oral communication skills
