Part Time Valet Trash Collector

Job Description Part Time Valet Trash Collector (P/T). Must have a valid driver's license and own a late‑model pickup truck in good working condition. Must speak English. No vans, SUVs, or other vehicles are acceptable. Collection involves taking bagged trash from each apartment door to the onsite trash compactor regardless of weather. Part‑time shifts run Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The position is available for a 5‑year contract and is open to former military service members. Physical fitness to climb steps and lift bags is required. The pickup truck must remain clean and acceptable to the company. Drivers must be on the property by 7:55 PM sharp and perform the job quietly to respect residents’ bedtime. Must be comfortable with smartphones, apps, and daily communication with the Valet Field District Manager. Federal tax ID number is preferred; LLCs and Incs are welcome. Key Responsibilities Collect bagged trash from all apartment doors 5 days per week, regardless of weather. Climb steps, lift bags, and retrieve trash in good physical condition. Arrive on property at 7:55 PM sharp and stay until 10:00 PM. Remove trash quietly to avoid disturbance before residents’ bedtime. Maintain a clean and acceptable late‑model pickup truck. Follow the pickup schedule 8:00‑10:00 PM Sunday through Thursday. Communicate daily with the Valet Field District Manager. Use smartphones and mobile apps for route and timekeeping. Qualifications Must have a valid driver’s license. Must own a pickup truck in good working condition, late model and not a van or SUV. Must speak English. Motivated with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Physical fitness to climb steps and lift trash bags. Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps. Former military service members preferred.
