If you're passionate about helping others, being part of an uplifting culture, and making meaningful connections, you'll feel right at home here.DAY-TO-DAY HOME HEALTH OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST EXPECTATIONSIn collaboration with our dedicated nursing, therapy, and administrative teams, you'll create and deliver quality occupational therapy treatment plans. This role needs a compassionate, solution-oriented mindset, as you'll evaluate patients' needs and identify the appropriate steps to take to meet their needs and achieve their goals. You'll help maintain high-quality care throughout all aspects, closely tracking each patient's progress and notifying the care team of any condition changes.DO YOU BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS?Current, unrestricted Florida occupational therapist license OR interest in relocating to the Orange County area and eligibility to obtain a Florida state OT licenseValid driver's license with the ability to travel to homes in Osceola, Volusia, Seminole, and Orange Brevard countiesIf you're highly flexible, caring, and motivated to make a difference throughout the area, we invite you to apply for this Home Health Occupational Therapist position!
