Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift Full-Time | Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation | Northport, AL Base Pay: $31.00-$40.40 per hour (based on experience) Shift: 11:00 PM-7:00 AM Night Shift Differential: +$2.25/hour weekdays | +$3.00/hour weekends $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Join the Nursing Team at Glen Haven Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our night shift nursing team. As an RN, you'll provide hands-on nursing care, support the nursing team, and help ensure our skilled nursing and rehabilitation residents receive quality, compassionate care throughout the night. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the assigned shift. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Assess residents and promptly respond to changes in condition. Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs. Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation. Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team as needed. Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing – REQUIRED. Current CPR/BLS certification. Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
