Compassionate LPN: Resident Care Leader

Midwest Health, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents in our community. You will follow federal, state, and local standards and work under the RCC Services or Nurse Supervisor to maintain high-quality care. Core duties include assisting in admissions and discharges, daily hygiene and mobility support, documentation, and ensuring confidentiality.
