Marketing SpecialistWe are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the Studios Marketing team during a busy period. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development and day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns for all areas of the Studios Burbank business. This varied role covers all areas of marketing, including website management, social media, digital marketing, design work and events branding, alongside supporting the day-to-day smooth running of the department.Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the RoleMarketing & Communications Support • Partner with the Marketing Director to support delivery of marketing strategy, campaigns and key initiatives • Create and manage content across newsletters, presentations, social media, website and news stories • Collate, write and edit engaging content for digital channels, internal comms and marketing materialsDigital & Social Media • Support day-to-day management of social media channels, including content creation, scheduling and community engagement • Capture and curate content for social and digital use • Assist with digital content production, including showreels, interviews and video assets • Maintain and update website contentCampaigns, Partnerships & Events • Support delivery of partnerships, sponsorships, events and industry collaborations • Coordinate listings, adverts and sponsorship packages with external partners • Provide Marketing support for eventsCreative & Brand • Design and produce marketing materials, supporting larger creative projects where required • Ensure brand consistency across all outputs, including digital, print and on-site materials • Manage and organise a central library of marketing and content assets • Liaise with suppliers to produce branded merchandise and marketing collateralOperations & Admin • Manage stock levels and ordering of promotional materials • Support marketing budgets, including raising purchase orders and payments • Provide ad-hoc support across campaigns, business units and studio initiatives as requiredMust Have Skills / RequirementsOrganization skills and attention to detail a. 2+ years; Managing multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills a. 2+ years; Ability to communicate well with multiple levels of business from Junior stakeholders to executives.Digital and Technology familiarity a. 2+ years; Need experience with multiple technologies and are highly adaptable.Nice to Have Skills / Preferred RequirementsBA/BS preferred.Previous experience in Media and Entertainment is a bonus.Passion for film and television industry.Portfolio included in resume.Soft Skills:A passion for all forms of Marketing and strong Marketing experience is essentialAbility to cope in a busy environment and work to fast deadlinesExcellent communication and written skillsExcellent organization and prioritization skillsStrong attention to detailExperience of managing design, digital and social media agenciesTeam playerPositive outlook and "can do" attitude to all stakeholdersCalm and friendly approachOutgoing and friendly demeanorProactive and self-motivatedResourceful, proactive, innovative thinkerCreative flairTechnology Requirements:Social media experience essentialWebsite CMS knowledge and experience is essentialProficient in stills and video photographyStrong graphic design skills with knowledge of Adobe Creative suite and CanvaStrong PC skills including Excel and PowerPoint
