Associate Project Manager The Associate Project Manager concentrates on learning the basics of Project Managementand developing the skills necessary to begin a career in Project Management. The APM will analyze and solve a multitude of business challenges while growing their skillset. This will include managing resources, coordinating the efforts of team members and shadowing current employees as they deliver the solutions offered by AHEAD Services. The Associate PM will also strive to develop the skills necessary to attain PMcertifications as appropriate (PMP, Certified Scrum Master, etc). Who we’re looking for: Think Big, Learn, and Be Curious Innovative Thinkers Enthusiastic Collaborators Creative Problem Solvers Curious Self – Starters Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery. Help ensure service delivery success and customer satisfaction through effective project management. Help manage incidents and communication to various clients. Work closely with Senior Project Managers and Program Managers on project tasks and provide project status updates regularly. Utilize Ahead systems and various management tools to maintain updated project information. Assist in developing SOWs and customer presentations. Develop customer relationships and aids in identifying additional sales opportunities. Identify and execute on opportunities and efforts to ensure customer success. Develop, define, and execute project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Develop and distribute project status reports to internal management and client project teams. Coordinate activities and tasks among project team members, other internal departments, and client or vendor/subcontractor organizations as needed to meet project goals, and ensures project completion is on schedule, within budget constraints, and of the appropriate quality standards for the project scope. Manage project risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals (e.g., deadline, scope and quality) are achieved. Conduct project closure activities to formalize and communicate the project acceptance, handover documentation, and ongoing activities. Qualifications: Strongly developed communication skills. Experience providing top-level customer service. A passion for cutting-edge technology. Learns quickly and adapts well to new challenges. Enthusiastic and motivated to learn and grow. Ability to stay organized and composed while managing multiple tasks. Consulting experience (Preferred) Existing U.S. work authorization is required Experience in at least one of the below: Graduated with a degree in technical discipline by 1/11/2027 Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in IT, software, or relevant field is a plus Successful completion in a technical–related bootcamp Working knowledge of technology, cloud and application development $80,000 - $88,000 a year The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
