Set up machines, modify the program as necessary, install tool registers, and offsetsInstall fixtures, make machine control settings, and run first pieces sample partsMonitor the machine, detect malfunctionsand make adjustments as needed to control the processMust be able to take a blue print to a machine and write a program in Mazatrol or G code, and follow through with the set up.Mazatrol versions T-32, T+, Fusion and Matrix control / Smooth ControlCheck parts for dimensions and proper finish against printsQualifications:High School or GED DiplomaExperience in a production manufacturing environmentFamiliar with use 2, 3 & 4 axis lathes on the floor.
