Where You'll Create Impact Exceptional accounting foundation: you’ve worked in audit/public accounting and/or in-house finance at a tech or high‑growth company Serve as DualEntry's Senior Accounting Solutions Consultant, translating complex accounting workflows into clear product solutions for CFOs and Controllers Lead discovery calls to diagnose prospect pain points in close process, ERP limitations, and integration requirements Run product demos tailored to each prospect’s workflows, data, and success criteria (expertise in ASC 606 is a plus) Own technical objections across integrations, data migration, security, and reporting Build proof‑of‑concepts and demo environments for different verticals Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize the roadmap with customer insights Create and standardize demo assets, playbooks, and technical collateral to train future hires What Sets You Up for Success Hardcore work ethic and high agency Exceptional accounting foundation: you’ve worked in audit/public accounting and/or in‑house finance at a tech or high‑growth company You understand accounting ops end‑to‑end: close, journal entries, approvals, reconciliations, multi‑entity, reporting, controls, etc. Depth in multiple complex accounting areas (e.g., revenue recognition, inventory, FX, leases, consolidation) You’ve spent time in the CFO systems stack (ERP, billing, payroll, banking, AP/AR, FP&A, BI) and you can map workflows across tools Comfortable in technical conversations: integrations, APIs, data imports/migrations, security, architecture trade‑offs (SQL or data/ETL experience is a plus) 2+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting or an adjacent customer facing role Nice To Have CPA Hands‑on experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday, QuickBooks Enterprise migrations Familiarity with data transformation, ETL, modeling, SQL Experience designing API integrations or working with middleware tools Prior leadership / mentorship experience building Solutions or Implementation teams Why You’ll Thrive Here Significant equity ownership in one of the top AI companies in the world You’re joining early and will grow with DualEntry Your feedback shapes the product directly High‑speed, high‑trust environment with high expectations Meet the Sales Team David Ryan has closed 160% of his quota in his first quarter and got promoted to a Sales Manager Sam Bush closed his first deal in 28 days since his start date Wyatt Myers has been building our West Coast presence by organizing events for finance leaders, most recently a poker night that turned attendees into channel partners and warm intros Andy Head of Product - under his leadership the team shipped 29 projects, 325+ features in a single cycle, rebuilt bank connections and reporting infrastructure, and launched an AI accounting copilot.
