- Document interactions and updates as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using computers, email, and online systems
- Detail-oriented with a positive, solution-focused attitude
- Interest in the travel industry is a plus
