We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support clients within the travel industry . This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, have strong communication skills, and are interested in learning the travel business while delivering exceptional service.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist clients with travel-related inquiries, provide guidance throughout the booking process, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Assist clients with travel planning, reservations, and general questions
  • Provide accurate information regarding destinations, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
  • Follow company guidelines and service standards
  • Document interactions and updates as needed
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
