$1749 - $3413/wk Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines. • Mon Fri, 7:30 am 8:00 am start; 8-hour shifts; 40 hours guaranteed
• 10 12 patients scheduled per day with 1:1 care
• Outpatient clinic on campus inpatient, outpatient, and acute rehab unit
• Ortho and stroke populations treated
• EMR: Epic
• 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Previous travel experience required for outpatient
