District Courier/Maintenance

Reports To: Director Of Maintenance

Commencing Date: July 1, 2026

Qualifications:

Must have high school diploma or G.E.D.
Must be experienced in the use of common maintenance tools and equipment
Must be organized, personable, cooperative and responsive to the needs of the school district
Good physical condition with ability to lift 50 pounds

Job Goal: To perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, to perform as District mail courier, to deliver mail and deposit monies as assigned by the Director of Maintenance.

Terms Of Employment: 231250 days per school year Classified/Non-Exempt

Salary: Commensurate with the Ocean Springs salary schedule for classified positions Technical Scale for the 2026-2027 school year.
