Program Specialist Vendor Direct

The Program Specialist supports the growth and performance of the Vendor Direct program, company's drop-ship and non-stock product channel. This role is responsible for quoting and processing sales field sales requests. PAY RATE: 25.00 hour HOURS: 8:00am to 5:00pm M-F LOCATION: Richardson, TX 76080 BENEFITS: Yes Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and suppliers to execute bulk, drop-ship, and non-stock fulfillment models.
• Ensure supplier data, product catalog information, and pricing are accurate and maintained.
• Partner with Supply Chain for order discrepancy resolution and ensure closeout efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative, customer service, sales support, order management, quoting, invoicing, or related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business, supply chain, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ability to learn new systems, processes, and product information quickly.
