This role works at the intersection of clinical expertise and engineering, partnering with cross‑functional teams to refine imaging parameters, define product requirements, and enhance overall system performance. This position plays a key role in translating real‑world clinical insights into product improvements that drive customer satisfaction and market success. What You’ll Do Support imaging scientists in optimizing imaging parameters and managing imaging databases to enhance end‑user performance Participate in the design and development of new products, collaborating with clinical applications, engineers, clinical experts, and external partners to define workflows, UI, and system enhancements Build relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical sites, including travel to observe product performance in real‑world settings Conduct market research to better understand customer needs and inform product design decisions Use image editing and visualization tools to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively Test, validate, and provide feedback on new features, functions, and imaging performance Support product training initiatives and assist with new product launches What You Bring Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or equivalent experience Ultrasound credential required (RDMS, RVT/RVS, or RDCS/RCS); triple credential preferred 10+ years of clinical ultrasound experience Experience in commercial ultrasound applications Prior experience in clinical ultrasound marketing and/or product development strongly preferred Key Skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams Detail-oriented with a strong clinical and technical foundation Strong work ethic and team‑oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits Mindray North America offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits, including a 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, disability coverage, FSA/HSA options, and more—all within a dynamic, supportive, and collaborative work environment.
