Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and polished Public Relations Associate to join our team in Cincinnati, OH.

In this role, you will support public relations and communication initiatives while helping maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key audiences. You will contribute to the planning and execution of communication strategies designed to strengthen brand presence, improve engagement, and support organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of public relations and communication initiatives.
• Assist with preparing professional communications, presentations, and campaign materials.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and external contacts.
• Represent the organization professionally during meetings, events, and business interactions.
• Coordinate communication activities with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Assist with planning promotional, community, and public-facing initiatives.
• Monitor communication projects and help ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
• Gather information and feedback to help improve future campaigns and communication strategies.
• Maintain organized records related to outreach, campaigns, and public relations activities.
• Contribute ideas that strengthen brand positioning and audience engagement.
