On-Site General Counsel & VP, Health System

WVU Medicine

West Virginia University Health System is seeking an on-site Vice President and General Counsel to lead the legal affairs of Camden-Clark Health Services, Inc. (CCHS) and its subsidiaries. This role reports to WVUHS Legal Services' Chief Legal Officer and collaborates with AVPs, Associate General Counsels, and external counsel. The GC oversees risk management, contracts, credentialing, licensing, and day-to-day legal operations, while aligning with corporate goals and compliance.
