We are looking for a Plumbing Technician to join our team!

Location: Rochester, NY (25-30 mile service radius)

Required Competencies

• Experience: Must have a minimum of 1-2 years or proven and professional plumbing experience
• Installations: PVC piping for new construction and remodels; PEX and/or copper water lines
• Fixtures: Installation of tubs, toilets, urinals, faucets, and other plumbing fixtures
• Water Heaters: Installation and replacement of tank and tankless systems
• Repairs: Sewer and water line repair experience

General Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a Valid New York State driver’s license with a clean driving record

Key Responsibilities

• Service & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including clogged drains, leaks, toilets, sinks, faucets, and bathtubs.
• Installations & Remodels: Install PVC DWV (Drain, Waste, and Vent) piping for new construction and home remodeling projects. Run and connect PEX and/or copper water lines.
• Water Heaters: Professionally install, service, and replace standard tank water heaters.  
• Specialized Systems: Service, install, and maintain specialty residential fixtures like sump pumps, water-powered backup pumps, garbage disposals, and hot water dispensers.
• Advanced Maintenance: Assist with or learn to use advanced technology such as sewer camera inspections, hydro-jetting equipment, and septic services.
• Customer Care: Arrive on time to customer homes or businesses in a clean-cut, professional manner. Clearly explain plumbing issues, present upfront options, and provide a smooth, stress-free customer experience.
• Documentation & Safety: Maintain clean and organized company trucks and tools. Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used. Follow all safe workplace practices.
