We are looking for forward-thinking, dynamic people to become a part of our world-class, wacky team.Job Requirements We are a third party management company in the Alpharetta area is seeking an accounts payable specialist with at least one year experience. Duties include but are not limited to the following:Work closely with accounts payable supervisor to ensure compliance with all company accounts payable policy and procedures, timely check run processing and month end proceduresReview invoice coding and communicate via email to property managers any discrepancies and explain why changes were necessary- copy accounts payable supervisor on communicationPerform invoice data entryMatch checks to invoices and prepare vendor checks for mailingResponsible for the accurate filing of all accounts payable invoicesAudit employee expense reports to ensure proper backup is attachedFollow-up on vendor and inter-office inquiries as instructed by the accounts payable supervisorAssist with year-end 1099-MISC preparationWork on other assigned special projects or required to perform other accounts payable duties not listed above, which may vary from time to time as determined by managementWe offer a competitive compensation and benefit package and much more!Preferred Education: Associates or better in Accounting.Preferred Experience: 1 year: Corporate AccountingEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
