Field Technician

Both some remote work from home doing training and admin tasks. Primarily field technician work being dispatched to customer sites. Responsibilities include driving to client sites and providing general IT support to multiple customers/locations (retailers, banks, etc.), running break-fix and IMAC calls, and supporting clients. The level of support will vary depending on the customer. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, and maintain composure under pressure. The tech will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services to our clients, ensuring that all (SLAs) are met within the required 4 to 6-hour window. This role requires extensive driving, efficient routing, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules.

Top 2: 2-5 years preferred HW repair hands-on (printers, PCs, POS, etc) break-fix, and familiar with the ticketing system.

Work schedule: M-F, 9-6, and will be rotating on-call, with the possibility of overtime.

Certifications: A+ certification is good to have but not necessary, Lexmark cert and experience are preferred but not necessary, experience with laser printer break-fix and equipment installs a plus, client Dell Lenovo also desired but not necessary. Conversion: $21.00+. Mailes will be driving varies, sometimes longer distances involved but mileage is compensated. Location: Tucson, AZ 85719.
