Primary Care Scheduling & Patient Access Specialist

Spectrum Health in Kentwood is looking for a full-time representative in the Contact Center Primary Care. This role requires assisting and educating patients, providers, and staff regarding health services through various communication channels. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and a minimum of one year of relevant experience, preferably with a high school diploma or equivalent.
