Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Management Specialist Keep the Products Moving. Keep the Inventory Right. Keep Us Running. Job Type : Full-Time Pay : $25.00 - $40.00/hr. based on experience We're looking for a hands-on, organized problem-solver who knows that great operations start with getting the right stuff, to the right place, at the right time. If you're someone who enjoys keeping things organized, catching discrepancies before they become problems, and taking ownership of the warehouse and inventory process, we want to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing Receive & inspect incoming shipments - verify quantities, condition, and paperwork Prepare and ship outgoing orders accurately and efficiently Manage inventory and maintain accurate counts in our system Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies Properly label, organize, and store materials and products Coordinate with carriers, vendors, customers, and internal departments Enter and maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records Keep the warehouse organized, safe, and efficient Identify opportunities to improve our shipping, receiving, and inventory processes Work closely with purchasing, production, sales, and management to keep operations moving What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for someone who is: Organized - You know where things are and can find them when someone asks. Accurate - You understand that "close enough" isn't good enough when it comes to inventory. Dependable - When you say you'll get something done, it gets done. Proactive - You don't just notice a problem; you help solve it. Comfortable with technology - Experience with inventory, ERP, warehouse, or shipping software is a plus. A team player - You can communicate effectively with people throughout the company and with outside vendors and carriers. Experience Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or materials management is preferred. Forklift experience/certification is a plus.
