Clinical Effectiveness Coordinator
The Clinical Effectiveness Coordinator reports to the Director of Quality and Accreditation. This position will assist in the coordination of improvement activities for successful accrediting, licensing, and certifications, provide performance improvement and quality support for service line initiatives. Project manage cross-functional performance improvement teams to develop and implement solutions for quality patient care, monitor and maintain project/actions plans for performance improvement initiatives to ensure project goals are met. Research and advise best practices based on evidence-based medicine.

Qualifications
- Minimum (3) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in an acute care setting required.
- Previous experience in Quality Management or Performance Improvement preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare quality initiatives and regulatory agency guidelines; familiar with research and benchmarking practices preferred.
- Experience in facilitating change through interdisciplinary collaboration
- EDUCATION
- Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University in related field required.
- REQUIRED LICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONS
- Registered Nurse with current California RN license required
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), preferred
- BLS (AHA) Certification
- ACLS (AHA) Certification
- NIH Stroke Certification to be completed by end of the week of NEO
- CCRRN encouraged
- Employees may be required to float to the other facility within Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital based on operational needs, with appropriate orientation and competency validation provided.
