We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in Ohio or Michigan,  who thrives on winning new business, developing strategic customer relationships, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do

As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll lead business development efforts across an assigned territory, identifying new opportunities and guiding prospective customers through the sales process from initial engagement to implementation.

• Drive profitable sales growth within an assigned territory by identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers, positioning Imperial Supplies as a trusted partner and solutions provider.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans while maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from prospecting through implementation and ongoing growth.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and recommend solutions that create customer value.
• Manage territory performance, sales forecasts, and account activity to achieve or exceed revenue objectives.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Three or more years of consultative or solution-based selling experience.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage complex sales opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence decision-makers and effectively navigate customer organizations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and opportunities.
• Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout an assigned territory.
