Astro Ford is seeking a talented Mobile Service Technician to join our team in D'Iberville, Mississippi. As a leading auto dealership rooted in the heart of the community, we are passionate about providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for traveling to customers' locations to perform maintenance, diagnose issues, and complete repairs on a variety of vehicles. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and their vehicles operate at their best.

Responsibilities

Vehicle Inspection: Perform thorough inspections of customer vehicles to diagnose issues accurately.

Diagnosis and Repair: Identify mechanical problems, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs efficiently and effectively.

Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally, explain repairs needed, and provide excellent service and solutions. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks and keep accurate records of work completed.

Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of repairs, services, and parts used for accurate reporting.

Requirements

Automotive Experience: Prior experience as an auto technician or a related field is advantageous.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in automotive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.

Customer Focus: Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to pay close attention to detail to ensure accurate diagnoses and repairs.

Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals and deliver top-tier service.
