Job Title: Production Associate Job Description

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, gluing, measuring (both optical and mechanical), and packaging optical components at various stages of the manufacturing process.

• Perform inspections and clean optical components.
• Glue and measure optical and mechanical components.
• Package components accurately and efficiently.
• Operate machinery and perform light maintenance as needed.
• Document process results accurately and legibly.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Work overtime when necessary, including weekdays and occasional Saturdays.

• General production skills.
• Experience with hand tools.
• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, handling electronics or optics.
• Attention to detail in assembly tasks.
• Experience in operating machines and using calipers.

• Strong reliability and dependability.

Work in a clean manufacturing environment with a shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Be prepared for necessary overtime on weekdays or occasional Saturdays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ayer, MA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Ayer,MA.
