Patient Scheduling Coordinator

To support exceptional patient care, the full-time Patient Scheduling Coordinator will manage scheduling visits, respond to patient inquiries, and ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines, transitioning to a fully remote role after an initial training period. Key responsibilities Respond promptly and courteously to patient inquiries and collaborate with supervisors on client concerns Manage daily workflow in the company database and process daily and weekly reports Match patients with appropriate field staff based on clinical skills and personality Required qualifications High school graduate or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred At least one year of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home care Ability to meet all physical demands of the role
