Alta Mesa Animal Hospital is a collaborative, smallanimal practice in Mesa, Arizona, serving dogs and cats with a strong emphasis on dentistry, surgery, and preventive care. We are growing and seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our supportive, teamoriented environment. About the Practice Modern facility with 5 exam rooms, including a comfort room Digital dental and fullbody radiography Inhouse IDEXX lab (ProCyte, Catalyst, SNAP, Sedivue) Ultrasound Dedicated surgery days with a dental focus No boarding or grooming High client compliance and growing wellness plan participation Team & Culture 3doctor team led by a mentorshipfocused Medical Director Collaborative, communicative, and wellknit staff Strong technical support Doctors practice with autonomy while supporting one another Excellent environment for new graduates and experienced veterinarians Team meetings, lunch & learns, and regular teambuilding activities The Role Provide highquality medical, surgical, and dental care Build strong client relationships through clear communication Collaborate closely with doctors and support staff Maintain accurate medical records Support staff development and continued learning This role will split time between Alta Mesa Animal Hospital and Brown Road Animal Clinic Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary of $115,000 - $140,000 (depending on experience) Opportunity for production-based bonuses Up to $10,000 signing bonus Paid vacation Paid CE allowance & dedicated CE time 401(k) w/ match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Professional dues and license reimbursement Supportive mentorship and longterm growth opportunities Qualifications DVM from an AVMAaccredited program (or ECFVG/PAVE) Arizona veterinary license (or ability to obtain) Teamoriented, growthminded, and clientfocused Open to both early career veterinarians and experienced veterinarians About Mesa, AZ Mesa offers an excellent quality of life with yearround sunshine, easy access to hiking and outdoor recreation near the Superstition Mountains, and a cost of living below the national average.
