As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will perform the following duties:Physical Care: Assist patients with daily living needs, provide first aid, and support mobility and safe transfersMedication Management: Administer medications, maintain accurate records, and observe patient responsesProcedural Support: Prepare patients for procedures, collect specimens, and report changes in conditionPsychosocial Support: Interact with patients using therapeutic communication and assist with behavioral needsInfection Control: Follow proper hygiene and sanitation practices to maintain a safe care environmentDocumentation: Record patient information clearly and accurately following facility guidelinesWork Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time employmentWork hours: 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) and 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM)Rotating weekends, days off, and holiday schedule.Work schedule may change based on operational needs.Overtime and travel as needed.The Department of Human Services provides excellent benefits, pay increases, paid leave and holidays, as well as opportunities for career advancement.FREE PARKING!Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $68,914.00 (before taxes).You will receive further communication regarding this position via email.
