Mortgage Loan Officer

Overview We are Satori Mortgage, a 20‑year‑old mortgage lender delivering a wide range of loan products. This remote position places you at the forefront of our lead generation and loan origination effort. Responsibilities Source own leads and build relationships through phone, in‑person, or online outreach. Make a minimum of 15 high‑quality calls per day; increase to 30–100 as needed. Visit open houses (5–50 per weekend) to identify potential borrowers. Contact leads outside of traditional business hours, including evenings and weekends. Use our support team, training, and coaching to close loans. Qualifications Highly charismatic, outgoing, and capable of building relationships quickly. Strong network and ability to generate and nurture leads. Coachable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently. Comfortable working 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends.
