Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to formulate personalized treatment plans based on individual patient circumstances and needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches including solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation to foster patient engagement.

• Document patient interactions methodically, ensuring accurate tracking of therapy progress and treatment outcomes, using electronic health record systems.

• Facilitate regular monitoring sessions, either in person if applicable or through virtual platforms, to evaluate patient's adherence to treatment and necessary adjustments in care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, care coordination teams, and external service providers, to enhance patient care integration.

• Assist in the supervision of medication management protocols as directed by prescribing practitioners, focusing on adherence, side effects, and clinical effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients served in this role primarily consist of individuals undergoing detoxification and various levels of substance use disorders. Our dedicated team is focused on providing empathetic, culturally competent care, ensuring that each patient's needs and preferences are central to the treatment plan.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required for independent mental health practice in California.

• A minimum of one year of direct clinical experience as an independently licensed therapist, preferably in a mental health or substance use treatment setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
